I agree. JimTow should be commended for his actions.His own words got used against by being used out of context. I missed the News. How did they portray the issue? for or against the track reopening?

It was a fricking joke.They licked the townships balls.They made sure Kline got tv what a loser!!!Said nothing about people being threatened same bullshit as always.Us hard working people get screwed again and rich bastards win again!!!!!

I saw in the paper where they quoted someone in the audience as saying "it aint right". To me they were portraying those for the track as the people from the wrong side of the tracks and that just pisses me off.
What is going to happen from here? Is there a plan? I do not know Ray Comer but I hope that he does not give up as it is also obvious that the majority of the residents are in favor of the track reopening. The majority of people in Jackson County are in favor of it. A good attorney would take those words spoken by the board last night and use it in a court against them. They have immunity against lawsuits but there is this injunction issue. Diane Johnson came right out and told the Newspaper that she in fact voted yes because of the threats made before the meeting. I believe that they thought that it would be better for them to stay on the board then get recalled over 1 issue. The sad thing is that in order for them to be recalled would take a majority vote by the residents. If they had thought about it,they would not have taken the threats seriously. Unbelieveable.
